You can access and browse our website without disclosing your personal data. However, in order to use the eco diseno website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including email. Any information collected by eco diseno is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, email, mail, fax or directly through our website.

eco diseno have no way of knowing if any person providing information through this site is who they say they are. eco diseno will assume all information is genuine and cannot be held responsible for any action taken as a result on relying it. If you have any reason to think someone has provided information to eco disneo using your identity please let us know. You will be asked to confirm your identity and we will adhere to your request to correct or delete the information.

use of collected information
Any details collected from eco diseno customers are required in order to provide you with our products and a high level of customer service. The information or data you provide will be retained for a reasonable period. With regard to wholesale transactions enacted commercial records may be retained for up to seven years.

storage of collected information
The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details.

eco diseno uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.

• Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
• Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by eco diseno or any outside party.
• All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
• All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.

how to order
We have made shopping at eco diseno easy. Browse through the products, then, make your selection by clicking the 'Add to Cart' button. You can add or remove products throughout the shopping process. To complete your order, select the 'checkout' button and follow the steps. We will then require your postage and payment details. There may be a delay from when you order to when your credit card is charged. Purchases must be made with Visa, MasterCard or Bankcard. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars including GST.

If you prefer, you can fill in an email order form here. We will then contact you by email or phone to confirm you order, advise you of your order number and collect payment details. The goods ordered will be removed from our stock and held pending payment. eco diseno offers two payment options for mail or email orders. You can pay by credit card or direct debit direct to our bank account. Please indicate on your order which you would prefer. If it is by direct debit we will provide you with our account details. No goods will be dispatched until funds have cleared.
International Orders
For orders of the Hook & Go Shopping trolley outside of Australia and New Zealand please refer to our website for the links to United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. For international orders of any of the other products offered by eco diseno please contact us at info@ecodiseno.com.au

pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. International customers whose orders are to be delivered outside Australia are not subject to GST. We reserve the right to change prices at our discretion and without notice. For our international customers, we have provided a link to a currency converter to provide you with a guide to our prices (AUD) in your currency. Please note this is a guide only, to give you an indication only of what the likely price will be, as currency fluctuations occur daily and the price that will appear on your credit card statement will depend on when your bank processes your transaction.

terms & conditions of sale
All products remain the property of eco diseno until they have been paid for by you. Delivery of requested items will be made when payment has been received in full. eco diseno does not have any liability to you, the purchaser, arising from the supply of our products to you, except that we shall provide you with a refund or replace products for you if there are any defects. All guarantees and warranties are provided by manufacturers and are applicable only when stated on products.

product availability
We regularly update our website and do our best to ensure that all products are available. If we sell out of a product that you have ordered, we will contact you immediately, by phone or email, to advise you of a likely delivery date. If you do not wish to wait for that item, you of course have the option to choose a different item, or cancel your order in which case we will provide you with a refund. We will not post your order until all items are ready for dispatch, unless you request otherwise.

delivery details & charges
Please take care when entering your delivery details online. It is your obligation to enter the correct address at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to carry the cost of re-shipping your order to the correct address later. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform eco diseno if an order does not arrive. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion. We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within 7-10 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. For New Zealand orders please allow 7-15 working days.

refund & returns policy
At eco diseno, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with one of our products, we will happily refund or exchange the goods. We will give you a 14 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at info@ecodiseno.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you pre pay all postage and keep the appropriate proof of return. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. eco diseno will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Please ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. Except where required by law, all returned products must be:

1. Unused, unopened and in original condition

2. Undamaged (apart from where damage in initial transit is reason for return)

3. Returned within 14 days of delivery (if you are unable to return the goods within 14 days of delivery you must inform us in writing)

Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of goods. We acknowledge your rights under the Trade Practices Act.

goods damaged or faulty on delivery
Except where required by law, you must return damaged goods within 14 days of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. It is the recipient's responsibility to incur all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated on the product warranty card as specified by the manufacturer.

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will happily refund the original product price and postage fee via the original method of payment once we receive the return. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost.

returns and refunds of items paid for by gift vouchers
For gifts purchased using a eco diseno gift voucher (or any part thereof), the amount paid by gift vouchers will be refunded in the form of a eco diseno gift voucher, and the remaining amount will be refunded via the original method of payment.

Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of goods.

gift vouchers
Instructions for redemption are set out on the of gift vouchers. When ordering online, simply enter your gift voucher number and the amount will automatically be deducted from your order total. When ordering offline, by mail or email, simply return the gift voucher to us for cancellation.
Please ensure all eco diseno gift vouchers are redeemed at the time of ordering. Once the order has been submitted and paid for by means other than a voucher, we are unable to retrospectively redeem a gift voucher.

All gift vouchers are issued with an expiry date as indicated on the voucher itself. Once that gift voucher has expired, we are unable to extend the expiry date under any circumstances. It is the gift voucher holder's responsibility to ensure it is redeemed before the expiry date.
