Everyone loves getting a gift voucher for a present. It gives them the opportunity to choose what they really want, and with eco diseno’s exciting and select range of products, there is something for everyone.

Gift Card Terms of Use

1. By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a eco diseno gift voucher (“gift voucher”), a person accepts and agrees to these Terms of Use.
2. Gift vouchers are issued by eco diseno pty ltd ACN 131 958 873 (“Issuer”) and are redeemable for goods at www.ecodiseno.com.au
3. Gift vouchers hold no value unless activated in the Issuer’s website www.ecodiseno.com.au
4. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and expire on the date set out on the voucher and after that date is of no value.
5. Gift vouchers expire 12 months from the date of issue and will not be reissued once expired. The value of the gift voucher must be redeemed in one transaction, it is not partially redeemable. Any unused balance will not be retained either by our system or manually and will not be refunded or credited.
6. On presentation of a gift voucher the Issuer will provide credit to the bearer up to the value of the gift voucher as identified, against the purchase price due to eco diseno. If the purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the bearer must pay the excess using another payment method. No change will be given.
7. When ordering offline, simply return the gift voucher to us by mail for redemption and cancellation. Please send to eco diseno PO Box 308 Guildford WA 6935. Your order will not be dispatched until the gift voucher has been received by eco diseno.
8. The Gift voucher:

1. will be void once the value of the gift voucher has been redeemed;
2. is not redeemable for cash;
3. the value of the gift voucher is in Australian Dollars (AUD)
4. is issued without alteration and will be immediately void if altered or defaced;
5. must be treated as cash as it will not be reissued, refunded or honoured if lost or stolen;
6. No refunds are allowed on items purchased with the gift voucher, unless as required by law if the product is faulty, in which case a gift voucher to the value of that item will be issued.
7. will not be redeemable if presented to eco diseno by a person other than the person whose name the gift voucher has been activated in (“original bearer”) and where that person is unable to verify to the reasonable satisfaction that they are authorised to redeem the gift voucher on behalf of the original bearer; and
8. at all times, remains the property of the Issuer.

9. Gift voucher bearers may be required to provide satisfactory proof of identity.
10. In some circumstances, the Issuer may collect personal information for the purpose of issuing a gift voucher. A copy of the privacy policy is available on www.ecodiseno.com.au
11. The Issuer reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time without notice.
12. To the extent permitted by law, the Issuer not liable to any person for any loss or damage (whether direct or consequential), nor will they be in default under these Terms of Use, for failure to observe or perform any of their obligations under these Terms of Use for any reason or cause which could not, with reasonable diligence, be controlled or prevented.
13. Any complaints about the gift voucher or goods purchased with a gift voucher may be resolved by contacting info@ecodiseno.com.au
